Militants this afternoon fired upon the security forces when they were handling law and order on Tral Road. Militants lobbed a grenade followed by firing on the security forces from a crowd when they were busy with law & order duties on Tral road resulting in injuries to the nine security forces personnel.
Security force personnel exercised maximum restraint after being attacked by terrorists to prevent any civilian casualties. The injured security force personnel were evacuated to the hospital for medical treatment.
